The ShopWiki has all kinds of interesting stuff-the idea being that ShopWiki has everything for sale on the Internet. Sounds a bit ambitious to me, but I like it. Looking into the Nursery Furniture section I found all kinds of stuff I have never heard of before. Baby furniture and modern nursery furniture, as well as more classic items. I found the Little Miss Liberty round crib to be kind of cool-though at $2500 I am not the target audience for this particular item.
The ShopWiki Nursery Furniture Buying Guide has a lot of interesting info. It says that mirrors add depth and dimension to any room. A playful or colorful mirror will show some personality, and a simple, sleek mirror will make the room feel more classic. Mirrors can cost a few hundred dollars-but hey, how often you need a new mirror?
Infant development is stimulated by mobiles-which encourage curiosity and reaching. ShopWiki also says that placing a mobile over the changing table will keep baby distracted (and thus, cooperative) during diaper changes. Mobiles seem to run around $50-a good investment for a smarter, happier baby.
The ShopWiki buying guide has advice on all kinds of stuff-cribs, changing tables, toy chests, rocking chairs, dressers, lamps, rugs, and more. All the information you need to make an informed buying decision for your nursery.
