JJ Abrams has said that he has nothing to do with sites like Ethan Haas and that the only official site for his new movie is 1-18-08.com. This site features three still images that can be moved around the screen. They each have a time index, 1/18/08- 12:01A, 12:36A, and 12:48A. If there is a puzzle here I am too dim to figure it out.
On the Slusho front, which is sounding more and more like the Slurm episode of Futurama, there are a couple of more links that work now. One tells the history of Slusho, which involves a whale diving to the bottom of the ocean and finding the perfect flavor to put in a Slurpee. There are a lot more details, but none of it makes much sense. You can also download a couple of images from the site to use as a desktop or an icon, though who would want to be a cup of Slusho remains to be seen.
From J.J. Abrams : “For what it’s worth, the only site of ours that people have even found is the 1-18-08.com site.
Which of course implies that there are other sites, we just haven’t found them yet. Sites like Slusho, maybe? At the end of the trailer some one yells it’s alive, it’s huge. Or is that, it’s a lion, it’s huge? Since Slusho talks about a whale, could we have the first movie since Orca with a whale for a villain? “Oh no, not again.”
Or maybe it’s the Land of the Giants. . .Oh, for those that care, here’s a link that solves the Ethan Haas puzzles.
