The time for well reasoned thought is has passed, if it was ever here, on the Michael Vick front. He has admitted guilt to Federal Dogfighting Conspiracy Charges. Vick is looking at 12 to 18 months in a federal prison, which is a bit less than the five years he would almost certainly have gotten if he had gone to trail. The NFL is making nice and saying they will wait and see, but it is almost certain that Vick is history as a quarterback.
So the time has come to drop the lets play nice facade and break out the pitchforks and the torches. Vick is a monster by his own choices, unlike the sentimental fellow Dr Frankenstein whipped up, who wasn’t really bad, he was just drawn that way. So lock Vick in a windmill and torch the place. It’s better than he deserves.
